    Assembly Instructions Not for Most Women!!

    The fact that DuroMax wants you to turn the generator upside down to remove a couple of shipping brackets and assemble the wheels and stationary feet is a little absurd. It was easier to pick it up with a tractor bucket and chain to assemble. Assembly was pretty easy. Surprised that all the wrenches are included! I would have thought that DuroMax would have included the proper amount of oil to fill he crankcase. It started promptly and seems to work OK but I have not had a chance to actually put it to use. Overall, I am satisfied with the generator. All of this is no fault of Factory Pure. Factory Pure had the right price and prompt in their shipping.

    Just received my Duromax XP 12000 HX Dual Fuel and so far I am impressed with the engineering, quality and useability. I have test operated it using the propane using idle control and placing different loads and it operates flawlessly ! It was shipped as promised and well packaged. In addition the instructions were complete and detailed. The only suggestion I have is that you specify the "Break In Oil" clearly as to synthetic or Det/ mineral oil. Could save some potential warranty issue. However I called DuroMax tech and they were more than helpfull ! So far I can recommend the DuroMax completely !

    My bad yesterday I talked about the generator but not about the company factory pure that I ordered it from. This is the third generator I have ordered from them and they have been great and the delivery person went above and beyond the call of duty he couldn’t get up my driveway And he brought it up on a dolly probably 300 yards even though I told him he didn’t have to. I would get a liftgate truck, but he insisted.
